Privacy policy
This policy explains how we process your personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).
This is a translation for your convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Spanish version of this text prevails.

What data we process
Contact details you give us when you call, message us on WhatsApp or send us an email: name, phone number, email address and the content of your message.
Subscriber data: the identification, contact and billing details needed to provide and charge for the service.
Browsing data: only if you accept analytics cookies, we collect aggregated information about how the site is used through Google Analytics.
The contact form on this website does not send or store any data: it simply opens WhatsApp with the message you have written.
Why we use it and on what legal basis
Answering your enquiries: our legitimate interest in dealing with your request and, where applicable, pre-contractual steps at your request.
Providing and charging for the service: performance of the contract and compliance with legal obligations, such as tax rules.
Measuring use of the website: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
How long we keep it
Enquiry data, for as long as needed to answer you. Customer data, for the duration of the relationship and then for the periods required by law. Analytics data, according to the cookie lifetimes stated in the cookie policy.
Data you enter in the app
When, as a customer, you store your own clients’ data in BOBAVEN, you are the controller of that data and BOBAVEN acts as processor under Article 28 GDPR, processing it only to provide the service to you.
Recipients
We do not sell your data. The providers of services we need (hosting, card payments, analytics and messaging) may access it, always with the safeguards required by law, as may public authorities where there is a legal obligation.
If you message us on WhatsApp, the service is provided by WhatsApp Ireland Limited. Google Analytics is provided by Google Ireland Limited. Both may transfer data to the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to info@bobaven.com. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
