The service

BOBAVEN is event management software accessed online. It is aimed at wedding planners, event organisers and other professionals.

Free trial

Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial, with no card required. When the trial ends, you decide whether to subscribe.

Price

There is a single plan with every feature of the app: €59.95 a month or €599 a year, plus the applicable VAT.

The plan includes 1 user. Each additional user costs €10 + VAT a month.

Payment

The subscription is paid by card and charged every month or every year, depending on the plan chosen.

Duration and cancellation

The subscription is monthly or yearly, with no lock-in. You can cancel at any time without penalty.

Use of your account

You agree to use the app lawfully, to keep your login details safe and not to give your account to third parties outside your business.

Your data and your clients’ data

The data you enter in the app is yours. BOBAVEN processes it only to provide the service, as a processor, as explained in the privacy policy.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available at all times, but there may be interruptions for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control. Except where the law does not allow it to be limited, we are not liable for indirect damage or loss of profit arising from use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change affects you, we will tell you by email in advance.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law.
